Zero Ninety combines a flexible 3D carbon-reinforced structure with impact-absorbing foam, a high-grip interface and a skin-friendly Alcantara® contact layer to create protection that feels precise, secure and unobtrusive.
The carbon-reinforced outer structure is shaped for lightweight protection with controlled flexibility. Beneath it, impact foam helps absorb and disperse force without unnecessary bulk. The Golden Grip interface is designed to minimise unwanted movement, while the Alcantara® contact layer creates a soft, refined feel against the skin.

Which size should I choose?
Zero Ninety’ shin guards are available in two sizes:
S — 10.8 cm / 12 g
M — 14.6 cm / 24 g
Choose your size based on the fit and coverage you prefer, rather than age alone.
We should add exact player-height recommendations here once confirmed.
Are they suitable for youth players?
Yes, provided the selected size offers the correct fit and coverage for the player.
Age alone is not the best way to choose a shin guard. We recommend choosing based on the player’s size and fit.
Why are Zero Ninety’ smaller than traditional shin guards?
Because they were intentionally designed to be compact.
Our goal was to remove unnecessary bulk and create a lightweight, low-profile shin guard that provides protection without becoming a distraction.
Less equipment to feel. More freedom to play.
How do they stay in place?
The Golden Grip System grips the leg, while the 3D spikes interact with the sock fabric. Together, they help keep the guard stable while you play.
Do I need tape?
Zero Ninety’ was designed to reduce the need for additional fixation and constant adjustments.
Simply place the correct Left and Right guard under your football sock and make sure it is held securely in position.

Do I need a sleeve?
A separate sleeve is not necessarily required if your football sock securely holds the shin guard in the correct position.
The important thing is that the guard remains properly positioned and securely retained during play.
How do I know which is Left and Right?
Each Zero Ninety’ guard is specifically shaped for either the left or right leg.
Simply follow the Left and Right markings and position the guard so that it follows the natural contour of your shin.
This anatomical L/R construction is part of what creates the closer, more natural fit.
How much do they weight?
They are exceptionally lightweight:
- Size S — approximately 12 g per guard
- Size M — approximately 24 g per guard
The low weight is intentional — the less equipment you feel, the more you can focus on the game.
How thick are they?
Zero Ninety’ shin guards are approximately 3.6 mm thick.
The low-profile construction was developed to minimise unnecessary bulk while maintaining the engineered multi-layer structure.
Can I use them with any football socks?
They are designed to be worn under football socks that provide enough compression to hold the guards securely in the correct position.
For the best experience, the sock should fit closely around the lower leg and keep the guard properly positioned throughout play.
How do I clean and store them?
After use, allow the shin guards to dry naturally.
Clean them gently with a soft, damp cloth and avoid aggressive cleaning products, machine washing or high temperatures.
Once dry, store them in the supplied breathable mesh storage bag.
